User Experience design (UX) design deals with all the aspects involved when a user interacts with a product or service – also referred to as CX (Customer Experience). While some consider CX to be a higher level than UX,  a user experience is never isolated to an interface – rather, it’s stretching from the usability (of a website, system, an app etc), to other business touch points such as customer support, physical stores, and emotions & behaviour related to the product and the brand.
